The Intelligent Flatplan is evolving.
Since it’s launch in 2006, the Intelligent Flatplan has relied on Flash for its interactive user interface. With the recent announcement that Flash support will cease around 2020, research and development of a replacement HTML interface began in 2017.
Following successful prototype trials in Q1 2018, development of the production code began on 1 June 2018.
To keep existing and potential customers informed of our progress, this webpage will provide a live, running commentary of the 12-month development process including: descriptions of each phase; milestone dates; new features; video demonstrations of completed work; and an opportunity to offer suggestions.
This development represent’s the largest single reinvestment in the Intelligent Flatplan since its launch, offering new features and productivity enhancing benefits, while also future-proofing the technology for the next decade. Multi lingual support will benefit international publishing teams and users in non-English speaking regions.
If you are an existing user of the Intelligent Flatplan and would like to suggest new features for consideration during the development process, please email your ideas to email@example.com
