Group Edit Label, Description, Workflow

Turn Group Edit on

• Turn Group Edit on: Click the Group Edit Button to turn the Group Edit function on. The Button will glow green

Select tick boxes appear

• Select tick-boxes appear: Select tick-boxes are available on all Objects

Select first Object to edit

• Select first Object to edit: Select the tick-box on the first Object you wish to edit
• Note: Once the first Object is selected, tick-boxes are removed from dissimilar Objects

Select remaining Objects

• Select remaining Objects: Select the other Objects you would like to Group Edit

Group Edit Object Labels

• Group Edit Object Labels: Type the Objects' group label into the Label Field
• Note: Changes are automatically saved

Group Edit Object Description

• Group Edit Object Description: Type the Objects' group description into the Description Field
• Note: Changes are automatically saved

Group Edit Object Workflow

• Group Edit Object Workflow: Select the Objects' Group Workflow by ticking the appropriate Workflow option
• Note: Changes are automatically saved

Turn Group Edit off

• Turn Group Edit off: Click the Group Edit Button to turn the Group Edit function off
